CLIENT POLICY & TERMS
* The creative/service cost is payable per hour and pre-tax. Taxes are applied in final payment dependent on package add-ons if applicable (see package details below).
Retainer & Booking Confirmation
* A non-refundable 50% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot.
* The remaining 50% balance is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot date.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
* Rescheduling requested 5 or more days prior to the shoot will transfer your deposit to a new available date at no additional fee.
* Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the shoot will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
* In the event of a client cancellation, retainers are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session within 90 days.
Turnaround & Delivery
* Standard delivery time for digital galleries is 7 to 10 business days post-shoot.
* Priority expedited delivery (within 48 hours) is available for an additional $150 fee.
